Jenuarrie is a recognised high profile, Australian Indigenous artist. Her works are held in most major public collections throughout Australia including the Australian National Gallery, and most State galleries and museums. She is also included in many national and international private collections.

Jenuarrie currently resides in Cairns in Far North Queensland.  She is well known throughout Australia for her active involvement in Arts Industry development and is currently employed as the Program Officer for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Arts, by Arts Queensland.

In her early career as an artist, Jenuarrie represented Australia's Indigenous artists overseas in several countries on behalf of the Australia Council as a member of the National Committee of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts Board. She travelled as the Indigenous advisory representative to Indonesia, Germany, Denmark and to London in relation to the Exhibition ‘Aratajara’ curated by Dr Bernard Luthi in collaboration with Gary Lee.

In 1994, Jenuarrie was the invited Guest Speaker at the Gallery of Greater Victoria at part of the Commonwealth Games Celebrations in British Columbia. She was joined by other well renowned Australian Indigenous artists; Ian Abdulla from Victoria, Zane Saunders from Far North Queensland, Repe Orsto and Fiona Puruntatmeri from the Tiwi Island, Northern Territory and Adrian King from South Australia.

Jenuarrie was invited on several occasions, by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, to deliver art programs and cultural awareness workshops in Indonesia to University students in Yogjakarta and in New Caledonia to work in the E’Cole D’Art with the Kanak Artists. 

Jenuarrie has regularly, throughout her professional career as a practicing artist, undertaken to deliver many Artist-in-Residence programs to secondary school Indigenous students, Practicing Artists, Potters and Printmakers throughout Queensland.
