The Campfire SeriesThe Campfire Series

Sitting around the campfire, drinking tea that was boiled in the Billy is a very social occasion associated with the great Australian Outback or Camping experience. Often a gum leaf of two would be added for a very special flavour to let you know that you are indeed in the bush, and in a very special place. Around the campfire is where stories are told and passed down to the younger generations. To the Australian Aboriginal person it is also a part of a daily activity in the preparation of food for supper and later at night, to relax and keep warm.
